Geoffrey Chalmers

Geoffrey Chalmers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development finance and enterprise development. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at ACDI/VOCA since August 2009, Geoffrey has held various key roles, including Vice President of Partnerships & Investment and Senior Technical Director. Additionally, Geoffrey is the Managing Director of AV Ventures LLC and a member of the Supervisory Board at KazMicroFinance LLC. In advisory capacities, Geoffrey contributes to the Plataforma de Inversión de Impacto Centroamericana and is a Board Member at MLC Frontiers, LLC. Formerly, Geoffrey worked with USAID as a Development Finance Advisor in Mexico and as a Microenterprise Specialist at the Inter American Development Bank. Educational credentials include studies at The Johns Hopkins University and Tufts University.
