Amber Woodfull is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer and community engagement, currently serving as Customer Engagement Manager at Platform Housing Group since January 2020. This role includes leading a £2.5 million European Social Funded project aimed at supporting SMEs in the D2N2 region. Previously, Amber contributed as a member of the Employer Engagement Task Group at AGCAS and held multiple positions at the University of Derby, including Graduate Transitions Manager, where significant focus was placed on enhancing employability through graduate-level internships and placements. Amber's career also includes roles as Employment Coach at Pertemps People Development Group and Communications and Development Officer at Initiative for Social Entrepreneurs. Educational credentials include a BA Hons in Culture, Society and Communication from the University of Birmingham and an Introduction to Marketing Level 3 certification from CIM.
