Ks Chan

KS Chan has extensive experience in software engineering and customer success, currently serving as a Staff Engineer at Platform.sh since April 2016, with prior roles including Sr. Product Engineer, Sr. Cloud Engineer, and Customer Success team lead for the APAC region. Previous experience includes work as a Software Engineer at S Loyalty and Convert Simply, focusing on loyalty program engineering for e-commerce platforms and Facebook Ads conversion tracking, respectively. KS Chan began a career in technology as a Research Assistant at City University of Hong Kong, participated in Google Summer of Code, and held various internships, including roles at HSBC and Sun Microsystems. KS Chan holds both an MSc and a BSc in Computer Science from City University of Hong Kong.
