Juan Pablo Rojas Parra

Juan Pablo Rojas Parra serves as the Chief Product Officer at Platzi, having been promoted from VP of Product since February 2023. Prior experience includes co-founding and serving as CEO at Wannabe (November 2021 - February 2023) and leading product initiatives at albo as Head of Product - Debit, where a customer-centric approach successfully maintained a churn rate of less than 3%. Juan Pablo's tenure at Platzi, starting in 2013, featured pivotal roles in product leadership, including creating the first product team and defining retention metrics. In addition to product management, Juan Pablo has held consulting and mentoring roles with Google, Univision, and the Consejo Nacional Electoral, focusing on growth strategies and analytics in various sectors. Currently, Juan Pablo is pursuing further education in Innovation & Growth at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
