Jessica Meiselman

Jessica Meiselman currently serves as General Counsel at Backbone since July 2023 and is a Charter Member of TechGC, an exclusive peer community for General Counsels. Previously, Jessica held the position of General Counsel at Moment, from November 2021 to June 2023, before its acquisition by Patreon, and served as General Counsel and VP of People at Here™ (formerly OpenFin) from July 2019 to November 2021. Additional roles included VP of Business & Legal Affairs at CH Media and various legal positions at De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés, Fross Zelnick Lehrman & Zissu, Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP, and NBC Universal. Jessica founded an independent record label, The Vinyl Summer, which operated from 2003 to 2010. Academically, Jessica holds an LLM in International Intellectual Property from King's College London, a JD from Cardozo School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Chemistry from New York University.
