In 2009, they worked as a Bookkeeper, Tax & Payroll Specialist at Glisson & Associates and a Leasing Agent / Property Manager at Blue Olive Properties. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Cloud Communications Support Specialist at Telesphere. Finally, from 2012 to the present, they have been a Director of Content & Digital Marketing, Digital Marketing Manager, and Marketing and Accounting Specialist at PlayerLync.

Carrie McFarland obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ohio University, with a major in Graphic Design and a minor in Business. Additionally, they obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot in June 2016.
