Alberto Romero Hidalgo

Alberto Romero Hidalgo is a highly skilled aerospace engineer with extensive experience in rocket design and production control. Currently serving as a Subcontracting Technical Office Engineer at PLD Space since February 2018, Alberto oversees supplier production and previously contributed as a Rocket Design Engineer on notable projects such as the FLPP LPSR for the ESA, focusing on reusable booster technologies and carbon fiber structures for suborbital rockets. Prior to this, an involvement with everis Aeroespacial y Defensa included the design, manufacturing, and testing of unmanned aerial vehicles. Alberto holds a Master's degree in Space and Astronautical Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma, obtained through an Erasmus program at Centrale Lyon, and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
