Joe DiTomaso is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managing and supporting complex IT environments. Currently serving as the IT Manager at Pleasant View Gardens since February 2021, Joe supports a diverse range of devices and custom applications for over 150 users across multiple facilities. Previously, Joe held the position of IT Director at Safelite AutoGlass, overseeing the transition of Truroad systems into Safelite's infrastructure, including the migration of 120+ store locations' POS systems and managing a data center move. Joe's extensive experience also includes a decade as IT Director and Senior IT Engineer at JN Phillips Auto Glass, where Joe designed and administered AWS and VMware environments to optimize server hardware usage. Earlier in a career spanning nearly two decades at Computer Marketplace Inc., Joe provided managed services and integrated large-scale Windows server solutions for various clients in the New England region.
