Susannah McGovern

Susannah McGovern is an experienced operations administrator currently serving at Please Touch Museum since March 2022, where responsibilities include facilitating the needs of the COO and managing correspondence. Prior to this role, Susannah worked as an Office Manager at Douglas Kligman MD from December 2018 to March 2022, delivering exceptional customer service and optimizing scheduling for providers and patients. Susannah also gained experience as an Office & Communications Assistant at Chestnut Hill Conservancy, where first-rate customer service and administrative support were key focuses. Susannah holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of the Arts and a Master of Arts from Villanova University.
