Plenary Group
Ray is a founding director of Plenary Group. He has more than 25 years experience in banking and capital markets underwriting for the Australian corporate, institutional and infrastructure marketplace.
Plenary Group manages a portfolio PPP projects across Australia, Canada and the US including a significant number of market leading PPP projects, most notably The Sydney Metro Northwest and The Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre.
Prior to joining Plenary Group, Ray spent eleven years at leading Australian financial institutions BZW Australia Limited and ABN AMRO, having previously spent 10 years as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse, Sydney, and KPMG in Dublin.
Ray is also a non-executive director of the Commonwealth Government business enterprise, the Moorebank Intermodal Company.
