Michael Aluise

Michael Aluise serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Plenful since February 2025, bringing extensive experience in sales and business development across the healthcare industry. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Vice President of Sales for Specialty Markets at Parata Systems from October 2023 to February 2025. A significant tenure at BD spanned from November 1998 to January 2025, where roles included Senior Sales Director, leading strategic sales for Pyxis automation and Alaris infusion pump teams on the east coast, and Business Development Executive, achieving over $30M in competitive capital business within two years. Other notable positions include Director of Solution Sales at Extension Healthcare, Regional Sales Director and Enterprise Solutions Architect at CareFusion, and various roles at Cardinal Health, including Program Manager and National Operations Manager. Michael's educational foundation is from Duquesne University, where studies were completed between 1992 and 1996.
