Aiyana Scully Moorhead

Aiyana Scully Moorhead is an accomplished Commercial Director at Pleo, overseeing SoHo customers and leading sales and customer success teams across Europe since November 2017. Aiyana spearheads Pleo's product-led growth transformation and has played a pivotal role in the company's international market expansion, directing go-to-market teams for entry into ten new countries. As former Country Manager for Spain, Aiyana launched operations from zero to the first 1,000 customers, while also developing the product offering and local team. Other roles include Sales Manager, where Aiyana built a 15-person UK sales team, and Account Manager Lead, managing a sales team in London. Previous experience at Amovens contributed to significant growth, while a consulting role at Telefónica earned recognition for innovation. Aiyana holds a Master’s Degree in Business/Corporate Communications from IE Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Boston University.
