Benjamin Timmons is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Success & Professional Services at Pleo since April 2020, Benjamin focuses on enhancing the customer experience within a spend management platform. In addition, Benjamin is a Managing Partner at CALITIM Investments, an investment group targeting early-stage technology startups. Previous positions include Vice President of Customer Success at Singular and Director of Customer Success at Optimizely. With a strong emphasis on team development and customer impact, Benjamin has consistently driven innovative strategies to optimize customer relationships and retention throughout a diverse career that includes co-founding educational recruitment and biofiltration companies. Benjamin holds an MBA from Mannheim Business School and a Bachelor's degree from Ohio University.
