Daniel Boel Idorn

Daniel primarily works with court cases before the civil courts and arbitration cases for Danish arbitration institutions as well as with international arbitration cases and alternative dispute resolution.

Daniel, for example, advises the actors within the building and construction industry, including technical advisers, builders and contractors in all stages of the construction process.

In addition, Daniel deals with insurance law, tort law and contracts, as well as general commercial law.

Daniel has previous experience with insolvency law, including treatment of bankrupt estates, reversal cases, bankruptcy quarantine cases, etc.

Daniel is an external lecturer at the University of Copenhagen in the subject Court and creditor law.

Finally, Daniel participates as a permanent judge in the annual international procedural competition Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot (Vis Moot), which is held in Vienna.
