Nicolai Ørsted is a partner in our Corporate Finance team and mainly deals with corporate transfers, capital market transactions (IPOs, takeover offers, etc.) and venture capital.
Nicolai's clients include private equity and venture funds, investment banks, industrial companies and listed companies, and he has advised in over 100 transactions.
In addition to dealing with transactions, Nicolai also provides advice to listed companies on disclosure obligations and good corporate governance. Nicolai's advice is based on a strong legal foundation combined with a deep commercial and strategic insight.
Nicolai was the managing partner of Plesner during the period 2009-2014 and has previously been chairman of Plesner's board of directors.
