Andy Steffes has a diverse work experience in software engineering. Andy started their career at Plex Systems, Inc. in 2015 as a Software Engineer Co-op, where they gained valuable experience until July 2016. Andy then joined Tome as a Software Engineer Co-op in October 2016 and continued until January 2019. In 2019, they joined Auto-Owners Insurance as an Associate Software Developer, where they worked until February 2020. Andy Steffes returned to Plex Systems, Inc. in February 2020, initially as a Software Engineer I and later promoted to Software Engineer II in October 2021.
Andy Steffes attended Kettering University from 2015 to 2019, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science.
