We are Plexus, a global legal tech business, and we’re on a mission to transform the value of legal services. Our products are loved by over 200 of the world’s leading brands including L’Oréal, Woolies, Coca-Cola, Lion and Nike.

Plexus is looking for a superstar Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team based in either Sydney or Melbourne. This role will be instrumental in supporting and growing the business, working as part of our world-class global commercial team.

Following a robust training program, you will be the first voice of our product in the market, directly connecting with our amazing global clients. Arguably, one of the most significant roles for us is a hyper-growth scale-up. You will also learn how the broader business functions towards your future growth.

What will you be doing

  • As our SDR, you will shadow our Senior team members and learn what best practice in Business Development looks like
  • Work with marketing to optimize the number of leads coming into the office
  • Network across social media channels
  • Influence new prospects on how legal automation can disrupt the way they work
  • Secure meetings with General Counsels to dig deep into their problems and understand some of the challenges they face

Who are we looking for

  • A SDR with a positive attitude and capability that is ready to jump in the fast paced world of Tech. This role would be perfect for someone who is wanting to establish their career in tech, legal services or the world of start-ups
  • A superstar communicator, having likely worked in a targeted, fast-paced environment before, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Having studied law is a plus but not necessary—we value business and tech skills just as much
  • You should be excited about our journey and story, and eager to disrupt the legal industry from a tech perspective
