Kevin Ear has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. In their current position as a Customer Success Associate at Plexus, they contribute to the organization's mission of transforming legal value through advanced technology. Prior to this, they worked as a Dispute Resolution Officer at the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman, where they provided free and independent dispute resolution services for small businesses and consumers in Australia. Kevin also gained experience as a Partner Centre Advisor at MYOB, delivering software and services to businesses in Australia and New Zealand. To further their legal expertise, Kevin worked as an Account Controller at Mendelsons Lawyers, providing specialist advisory services and legal representation. Earlier in their career, they served as a Customer Service Consultant at Medibank and worked as a Deli and Seafood Assistant at Woolworths Group.
Kevin Ear completed their secondary education at Brentwood Secondary School from 2006 to 2011. Kevin then pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government at the University of Melbourne, graduating in 2014. In 2015, Kevin enrolled at Monash University, where they obtained a Master of Law (Juris Doctor) degree, specializing in Law, in 2019. Kevin furthered their legal education at Leo Cussen Centre for Law from 2020 to 2021, earning a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
