Carmen Wasserman

Carmen Wasserman serves as the VP General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Data Privacy Officer at Plexus Worldwide since February 2023. Previously, Carmen held the position of Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance and Data Privacy Officer at Compliance Legal And Strategic Solutions (CLASS) from August 2019 to February 2023, providing strategic legal services. Between October 2015 and August 2019, Carmen was the Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Corporate Counsel at Aerie Pharmaceuticals. Prior experience includes serving as Attorney/Owner of Carmen McCormick, Esq. from February 2004 to November 2015, and as an Attorney in Legal & Compliance at ISTA Pharmaceuticals, a Division of Bausch + Lomb, from May 2011 to November 2012. Carmen holds a JD in International Law and Business Law from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University at Buffalo.
