Ajay Balaram Achath

Ajay Balaram Achath currently serves as Vice President of Global Sourcing at Plexus Corp. since June 2022. Previously, Ajay held key positions at Gerber Technology, a Lectra Company, where responsibilities included leading the global supply chain and operations from January 2017 to May 2022. This role involved overseeing both in-house and outsourced manufacturing across the US and China, along with managing OEM partnerships and logistics. Prior to that, Ajay worked at Accuray as Director of Global Sourcing & Supply Chain, enhancing the supply chain strategy for a medical device manufacturer. Ajay's career began at Tata Teleservices and included various roles at GE Healthcare, encompassing global sourcing management and strategic leadership. Ajay holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from Bharathiar University.
