Heather Holst

Heather Holst, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Global Engineering Solutions at Plexus Corp. since July 2019, Heather has previously held roles such as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at Plexus Corp. Prior experience includes positions at Bemis Company, Inc. as Human Resources Manager and Generalist, and at ACH Foam Technologies, LLC as Human Resources Generalist. Heather also gained foundational HR experience at Joy Global, holding roles from Human Resource Assistant to Human Resource Intern. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Heather specializes in talent development, employee relations, and the management of the entire employee lifecycle.
