Daniel Fortin (Milo)

Daniel (Milo) Fortin is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in project management, technical leadership, and systems support. Currently serving as the Projects Team Manager at Pliancy since June 2022, significant achievements include reducing client onboarding time by 75% through a client-centric process. Prior to this, Daniel played a key role as a Solutions Architect at Xennion, where contributions included co-leading a major network observability implementation for a global enterprise. Daniel's tenure at Pliancy also included a different role as Projects Team Manager, successfully re-architecting the onboarding process to expedite time-to-revenue.
