TJ Kelsall, SPHR, has a diverse range of experience in human resources. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Sr. HR Coordinator at Coldwell Banker before moving on to become an HR Generalist at Otis Spunkmeyer in 2009. From 2010 to 2013, TJ served as an HR Relationship Manager at Innovative Interfaces, Inc. They then transitioned to Cengage Learning, where they worked as a Human Resource Business Partner from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, TJ joined Blueprint Studios as a Director of Human Resources and held that role until 2018. For the next two years, from 2018 to 2020, TJ worked at AstraZeneca as a Sr. HR Business Partner and HR Site Lead for Oncology & Biopharma R&D. Currently, TJ is the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Pliant Therapeutics, starting in February 2021.
TJ Kelsall, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Additionally, they have received a People First Certification from the same institution. Furthermore, TJ Kelsall has obtained SPHR certification from HRCI.
