Tomas Gidén

Tomas Gidén is an experienced AI innovation engineer currently at Plint, focusing on automating media localization tasks since June 2025. Previously, Tomas served as a software developer at Exciscope, contributing as the first non-founding employee and establishing a comprehensive cloud-based data pipeline for extensive image processing from January 2021 to June 2025. Prior to that, Tomas held the position of senior software engineer at Northvolt for a brief tenure in late 2020 and worked as a senior consultant at Sigma Technology Group from August 2015 to December 2020, where responsibilities included leading projects and teams, developing embedded systems, and conducting research in various technical domains. Additionally, Tomas served as a software architect for lift control systems at Aritco in 2020. Educational credentials include a master's degree in Physics from Chalmers University of Technology and a brief program at the Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship.
