Nina Williams has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and industries. Nina most recently worked as the Global Director People and Culture at the Public Library of Science (PLOS). Prior to that, Nina served as a Learning and Development Consultant at Informa. Nina also held various roles at the National Physical Laboratory (NPL), including an interim position as Head of Human Resources and later as a Learning and Development Business Partner. Furthermore, Nina had a career with British Airways, where they worked as an Organisational Change Manager, a Pilot Manager, and a Contingency Planning Manager Heathrow.

Nina Williams has a diverse educational background in various fields. Nina holds a Master's degree in Medical Science (M.Med.Sc.) with a specialization in Clinical Laboratory Medicine (Neuropsychology) from Queen's University Belfast.
