Nydia graduated from Erasmus University Rotterdam with a degree in Business Law in 2011 and completed professional training at the Netherlands Bar Association from 2012 to 2013. Prior to Ploum, Nydia served as a legal secretary at Van Traa Advocaten N.V. from March 2008 to November 2011 while pursuing studies. Additionally, Nydia was a board member of the Association of Young Real Estate Lawyers from June 2015 to May 2019, and completed a specialization in Real Estate Law at Grotius from 2017 to 2018.
