Bridgid O'Connor Brown

Bridgid O'Connor Brown, Esq. currently serves as VP, Managing Counsel at Plug Power since July 2021, where an interim role as EVP, HR has also been undertaken. Prior experience includes over a decade at MVP Health Care in various roles including Managing Counsel, Senior Counsel, and Associate Counsel, primarily focused on managing IP portfolios and negotiating Provider Agreements. Additional experience includes positions at Siemens Energy as a Commercial Contract Analyst, and at Plug Power Inc. as Associate Counsel, where Bridgid managed international outside counsel and IP attorneys. Early career roles include legal intern and assistant positions at Brennan Rehfuss & Liguori PC and Slade & Associates PC. Bridgid holds a JD from Albany Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Bowdoin College in Geology and English.
