Casandra Smith

Casandra Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology management, education, and coaching. Currently serving as the Informational Technology Manager at Plum Borough School District since August 2020, Casandra has also held roles as a Technology Support Assistant and Technician within the district. Previous experience includes a position as an Instructional Design and Technology Fellow at Ligonier Valley School District, where notable contributions involved website redesign and technology training for educators. Additionally, Casandra has a strong background in coaching, having been the Head Swim Coach at White Oak Community Pool and the Head Lifeguard at White Oak Heritage Pool. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Saint Vincent College.
