Kumar Shubham is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in product management and development. Currently serving as Product Leader at Plum since October 2024, Kumar previously held the role of Senior Product Manager at Bumble from June 2020 to September 2024, where responsibilities included monetization strategies and enhancing user experience for major dating applications with over 650 million users. Prior to Bumble, Kumar worked as a Senior Product Manager at Booking.com and contributed as a Mentor for Product Management at upGrad.
