Alexander Packard

Alexander Packard is an accomplished executive coach and strategic advisor with extensive leadership experience across various industries, including healthcare and technology. As the founder of Reflection Advisory since April 2022, Packard provides guidance to CEOs of high-growth companies. Currently serving on the coaching faculty at Harvard Business School and as an executive advisor at Atomic Ventures, Packard is focused on advancing value-based care for seniors. Previous roles include Chief Integration Officer at One Medical, President and COO at Iora Health, and COO positions at Outside The Classroom and Monitor Group. Packard is a graduate of Stanford University and Harvard Business School, and holds a graduate certificate in Executive Coaching from William James College.
