Lake Fleming

Lake Fleming has extensive experience in project management and customer support, currently serving as a Member Services Project Manager at Plume Clinic since July 2022, after holding several managerial positions within the organization. Prior to this, Lake contributed as a Care Coach at Workit Health and volunteered with The Trevor Project. Additional experience includes various roles at Whole Foods Market, Columbus Recreation and Parks Department, and Westlake Recreation Center, all emphasizing operational management, team coordination, and customer service skills. Lake holds a Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University, obtained in June 2020.
