Ritika Chaplot

Ritika Chaplot is an accomplished professional with experience in diverse roles across various organizations. Currently serving in the Founder's Office at Plum since November 2023, Ritika previously worked as an Associate at Boston Consulting Group from August 2021 to November 2023. During a leadership tenure at Enactus IIT Delhi from January 2018 to May 2021, significant impacts were made on around 30,000 women and girls, driven by successful sales strategies and partnerships with numerous schools and organizations. Ritika's experience also includes roles in operations and strategy at Credia, product supply at Procter & Gamble, and academic research as a Visiting Research Fellow at The University of Tokyo. As a co-founder of Kashur, innovative balanced writing and sharing spaces for closed communities were developed. Ritika holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Production and Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
