Shruti Shidling

Shruti Shidling is a finance professional with extensive experience in program management and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in finance and Program Manager at Plum since July 2022, Shruti has effectively streamlined the insurer pipeline process, ensuring target achievement, while also engaging in price benchmarking, competitive intelligence, and revenue mapping. Previous experience includes a role as an Associate at Genpact from August 2019 to March 2022 and as a Data Migration Analyst at AIG Analytics & Services Private Limited from May 2018 to June 2019. Shruti holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from R.T.E. Society’s Rural Engineering College, completed in 2017.
