James Carroll

James Carroll is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in energy management and building commissioning. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Plummer Associates, Inc., since June 2019, James has previously held key positions including Senior Energy Analyst at Parsons Corporation, where responsibilities included overseeing utility consumption tracking for federal facilities and conducting energy audits. James’s diverse background encompasses roles such as Commissioning Engineer at Sustainable Building Partners, Project Manager at Access Green and EcoHouse, and Project Engineer at Pure Technologies, with international project management experience in monitoring technologies for infrastructure. A solid foundation in construction and engineering was established with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management from the University of Minnesota.
