Shannon Bracken

Shannon Bracken is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and advisory roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Vista Equity Partners since August 2015, Shannon has progressed through various positions including Vice President, Senior Associate, and Associate. Previous experience includes a role as M&A and Restructuring Analyst at Perella Weinberg Partners and Associate at CIBC World Markets. Shannon began a career in finance as an Analyst at RBC Capital Markets. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Dartmouth College, earned between 2007 and 2011.
