Efrat Kaduri has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Medical device investments specialist at Elron Electronic Industries from 2010 to 2012. Efrat then moved on to work as a Strategic Communications and Public Relations Manager at Marketing and Public Relations from 2012 to 2014. Following that, they joined Pluri in 2014, where they held several positions including Director of Investor & Public Relations from 2014 to 2017, Director of Business Development & Marketing from 2017 to 2022, VP Business Development from 2022 to 2023, and currently serves as the Chief Business Officer. In addition to their roles at Pluri, Efrat is involved with various organizations such as BizDevExec Club, where they are a Business Development Executive Member since 2020, and the Alliance for Regenerative Medicine, where they serve on the U.S. Market Access and Value Committee and the European Market Access and Value Committee since 2020.

Efrat Kaduri holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Haifa, which was obtained between the years 2016 and 2018. Additionally, they completed the Directors & Senior Executive Program in 2021. In the past, Efrat studied Psychology and Communications at The Open University of Israel from 2010 to 2012, and Psychology and Media at The City University of New York from 2008 to 2010.
