Joe Mansour

Joe Mansour is an experienced professional in digital communications and advocacy, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Speak4 since January 2021, where the focus is on empowering supporters to advocate for meaningful causes. Additionally, Mansour has been a Partner in Digital at PLUS Communications since 2019, dedicated to strategic client support in challenging scenarios. Previously, from 2014 to 2019, Mansour was a Partner in Digital at FP1 Strategies, LLC, providing comprehensive campaign consulting services. Early career roles include Digital Director at Public Notice, Co-Lead of the Social Media War Room at DC-L, and Digital Media Director at No Labels. Mansour holds a BA in International Studies with a focus on Chinese from Kalamazoo College, earned in 2006.
