Jim Soker has a diverse work experience in the field of software testing and automation. Jim is currently working as a Data Automation Engineer (SDET) at Pluto TV since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at T-Mobile as a Software Development Engineer In Test from June 2021 to December 2021, where they were involved in implementing a Test Automation Framework using Java, Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, Cucumber, and Jenkins. Before that, they worked at Cboe Global Markets from March 2019 to May 2021 as a Software Development Engineer In Test, where they collaborated with various stakeholders to integrate quality standards into the SDLC and developed a reusable automation framework using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and Cucumber. Jim also worked at Abbott Laboratories as a Test Automation Engineer from January 2017 to March 2019, where they created and implemented an automation framework using Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Maven. Jim'searlier experience includes working as a QA Tester at H&R Block from October 2015 to January 2017, where they performed manual testing and analyzed user requirements.
Jim Soker completed their Master of Science in Education from Ganja State University in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Azerbaijan Language University in 2011. In April 2022, Jim also attained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc.
