Meghna Das

Meghna Das is a skilled operations consultant with extensive experience in process transformation and improvement. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Consultant at Plymouth Rock Assurance since November 2023, Meghna focuses on building programs to enhance operations utilizing Lean Six Sigma, Agile project management, and intelligent process automation. Prior to this role, Meghna worked as an Operations Transformation Consultant at Deloitte from January 2022 to July 2023, where responsibilities included process mining, modeling, and identifying inefficiencies. Meghna also served as a Business Process Analyst at Volkswagen of America from February 2020 to January 2022, leading operational excellence initiatives. Early career experiences include roles at Stanley Black & Decker, Accenture, and as a summer research intern. Meghna holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
