Ajay Kshattriya has extensive work experience in various roles related to operations, supply chain, and logistics. Ajay began their career at Nokia India Pvt Ltd in 2005 as a Customer Logistics Manager and later worked at Rogers Communications as a Business Process Lead. In 2008, Ajay held positions at Vitran Logistics as an Inventory Control Supervisor and at Whirlpool Canada as a Supply Chain Analyst. Later, they worked at BlackBerry as a Demand Manager and at Revlon Canada as an Operations Manager. In 2015, they joined VF Outdoor Canada as an Operations Manager. Ajay then moved to Weber-Stephen Products LLC in 2016 as a Director of Operations and finally, they currently hold the title of Senior Director- Commercial Operations at PLZ Corp since 2018.
Ajay Kshattriya completed a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from St. Anthony's College between 1986 and 1989. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Science from North-Eastern Hill University from 1989-1991. In 2015, Ajay also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com.
