Marcus Ward

Marcus Ward is the Founder and Principal Coach/Consultant of Twenty2 Collective since 2015, facilitating coaching and consulting services that empower individuals and organizations to embrace growth and change. Additionally, Marcus contributes as a Reviewer and Guest Lecturer at Curtin University, partnering with the institution to bridge the gap between academia and industry in Agility. Marcus is also a Co-Founder of Twenty2 Grams, an online coffee community, and serves as a Certified Lean Agile Procurement Trainer and Coach with the Lean-Agile Procurement Alliance. As the Australian Innovation Lead for OneTeamGov, Marcus is involved in public sector reform, and as a Principal Consultant at PM-Partners group, Marcus has driven Agile transformation across various sectors. Marcus also coaches for The John Maxwell Company and previously served as an Associate Partner at Practicus and a Director at NES Group Limited. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Illinois System and a range of degrees focused on business, law, and organizational analysis from renowned institutions.
