Scott Leonard is the President and Principal Analyst at PM2 Strategies since December 2012, specializing in program management, project management, and industrial base analysis with a focus on biomanufacturing, additive manufacturing, and robotics for manufacturing. Prior to this role, Scott served as a Program Manager at NGTS from 1999 to November 2012, leading a team that generated approximately $5 million in annual revenue. Experience also includes managing over 80 research and development projects at IAP Research from 1992 to 1999 and acting as a Project Leader and Technical Writer at NCR Corporation from 1987 to 1992. Scott holds an MBA from the University of Dayton and a BS in Technical Writing from Carnegie Mellon University, alongside a Certificate in Green Energy Management from San Diego State University.
