Dane Plummer is a skilled mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the defense sector. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at PMB Defence Pty Ltd since November 2021, Dane previously held positions at BAE Systems Australia as a Mechanical Engineer and at BAE Systems as an ILS Engineer. Prior experience includes an engineering internship at Navantia Australia, where contributions were made to the Mission System Specification, and a mechanical engineering internship at the Defence Science and Technology Group, which supported an undergraduate thesis. Dane’s foundational experience also includes an undergraduate engineering internship at Smart Fabrication, where responsibilities encompassed 3D design, project management, and material procurement. Dane holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical and Mechatronic) from the University of South Australia, completed in 2018.
