Previously, Ian held the position of Program and Engineering Manager at PMB Defence, focusing on enhancing the engineering and project management capabilities to align with strategic objectives. Ian's extensive experience at Babcock Australia & New Zealand included roles such as Program Engineering Manager - Collins and technical leadership positions. Ian holds a Bachelor of Engineering with First Class Honours in Aerospace Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Adelaide, along with several other qualifications in leadership, project management, and marine engineering.
