Matthew Winfield is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Accounting Manager at PMB Defence Pty Ltd since October 2021, Matthew previously held key positions such as Financial Controller at Bridgestone Australia Ltd. from May 2014 to October 2021 and at Discovery Holiday Parks from September 2013 to April 2014. Matthew's expertise encompasses financial consolidation, statutory reporting, taxation compliance, and treasury management, as well as oversight of financial activities, forecasting, and team leadership. With foundational roles at Mary MacKillop Care and Viterra, Matthew has successfully managed finance functions, directed projects, and mentored staff, while also serving in senior audit management roles at Horwath Adelaide and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Matthew holds a b.econ in Economics and Commerce from the University of Adelaide and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.
