Vishal Shah has a diverse work experience spanning several years. VISHAL is currently serving as the Head of Service Design and Mobilisation at PMC Retail, where they act as a liaison between customers and the delivery teams to ensure efficient service or solution delivery. Additionally, they support the rapid mobilization of development and delivery teams and manages the interface between technical and commercial teams. Prior to this, Vishal worked at PMC, holding various positions such as Head of Customer Development and Head of Professional Services Integration. In these roles, they managed and led design, development, and maintenance projects while also providing technology agnostic support and fostering client relationships. Before joining PMC, Vishal was a Software Engineer at Rishabh Software Pvt. Ltd.
Vishal Shah attended Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Institute of Technology in Vasad, Gujarat from 2001 to 2005. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree with a specialization in Computer Science.
