Ismayil Mirhadi, CFA, PhD, is a finance and investment professional with extensive experience in strategy and investment leadership. Since May 2018, Ismayil has served as the Head of Strategy & Investment at PMD Group LLC, progressing through various roles including Team Leader and Senior Specialist. Prior to this role, Ismayil worked as a Senior Treasury Analyst at The International Bank of Azerbaijan and held teaching and consulting positions at Western Caspian University and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Ismayil's educational background includes a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from Alliance Manchester Business School and a PhD in Economics from Azerbaijan State University of Economics, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Azerbaijan State Economic University.
