Megan Orbach has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Megan began their career as a Summer Intern at Southwest Diamond Cutters in 2014. Megan later worked as a Banquet and Poolside Server at Balcones Country Club in 2015. In 2016, they took on roles as a Marketing and Events Intern at Austin Youth Film Festival, a Waitress/Hostess at Lekka Restaurant, and an Event Planning Intern at Sports Entertainment Republic (SE Republic, LLC). Megan then joined Camp Gladiator in 2017, where they served as an Operations Intern and an Events Intern. In 2018, Megan worked as an Event Operations Intern at Dallas Cowboys and as an Account Coordinator at Team One. Megan later moved up to Assistant Account Executive and then to Account Executive within the same company. In 2021, they joined BBDO Worldwide as an Account Supervisor before transitioning to their current role as a Creative Account Lead at PMG in 2022.

Megan Orbach attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies with a focus on Corporate Communications. Megan also completed a minor in Business Foundations during their time at the university.
