James B. holds a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Limerick (2011-2012), a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Edinburgh Napier University (2007-2008), and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Economics from Waterford Institute of Technology (2004-2007).
