Jonathan Zelmanovitch is a seasoned professional in the fields of Private Equity and M&A with extensive experience across various sectors, particularly in software and datacenter advisory. Currently a Partner at PMP Strategy, Jonathan leads the Private Equity practice and Software advisory while overseeing datacenter topics for infrastructure funds and corporates. As a co-founder of K2Z Partners and former Group Head of M&A at Carrefour, Jonathan has successfully managed teams and executed significant deals across Europe, LatAm, and Asia. Jonathan's prior roles include leadership positions at Cegid, VEON, and Orange, where responsibilities included managing M&A processes, leading negotiations, and conducting strategic analyses. Jonathan holds an MSc in Management from HEC Paris and a Master's in Law from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
